At Thomson Carter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and unused products.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip inside.
Print and Attach Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
